Avon Valley Adventure and Wildlife Park is located in the beautiful countryside in Keynsham, Somerset which is just outside of the City of Bath.
The centre is a place where you can experience wildlife, nature and education all together!
Historically the park, which was originally grazing land for animals in the 15th century prior to becoming a fruit farm, is situated along the River Avon.
Avon Valley Adventure and Wildlife Park is the perfect place to meet animals and learn about the outdoors. There are animals such as Shetland ponies, pigs, goats, donkeys, rabbits, snakes, alpaca, wallabies, deer, cattle and sheep. There are also lots of other animals here too!
There is plenty to do for all the family, including country walks, a boating lake, play areas, a petting zoo and a miniature railway. There are small and large play areas for different ages, electric quad bikes, obstacle courses, slides, go-karts, mini golf, tractor rides, climbing walls and play barns.
There is lots to do here with children which makes it the perfect place to visit during school or summer holidays.
There is a Woodland Café which offers food, drink and snacks, along with On the Hoof, which is an indoor play barn with food on the go. There is also an ice cream parlour and, On the Hop, which serves doughnuts and hot dogs.
There are plenty of organised activities throughout the year including Halloween Pumpkin Chunkin Competitions, Pirate Clubs, Christmas activities and summer parties and events.
