Featuring 90 bedrooms and suites, a destination spa, two restaurants, a kitchen garden, private cinema, two golf courses, conference and events space, Rudding Park is an iconic destination on the outskirts of Harrogate. Nastled among 300 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland, Rudding is one of the most beautiful places to stay throughout the whole of Yorkshire.
Less than 3 miles from the town, this elegant hotel has an award-winning restaurant and a luxury spa. A luxurious 18-hole golf course runs through the 19th-century parkland.
Some of the more modern rooms at Rudding Park overlook the gardens and the chapel, each with the generous room features, including current technologies such as flat-screen TV. With sleek tiled bathrooms, some rooms also boast a balcony or private terrace.
The Spa offers an indoor swimming pool, juniper log sauna and bucket shower. Guests can upgrade to access the Roof Top Spa and Garden, providing both thermotherapy and hydrotherapy experiences, letting visitors enjoy views over the mature gardens. There is also a gym and private cinema onsite.
Award winning Rudding Park offers a contemporary twist on a traditional foundation. The luxury accommodation provides the perfect experience for couples, individuals or families.
In addition to the exquisite hotel, Rudding Park also contains one of the best holiday parks in Yorkshire, including camping, caravanning and self-catering holiday park within the extensive grounds.
Set within beautiful parkland, you can benefit from the vast onsite facilities or explore Yorkshire’s many attractions which make it one of the great family holiday parks in Yorkshire.
Rudding Holiday Park is open every day from the first weekend in March to the last weekend in January.
Although only 10 minutes from the A1, Rudding Park does not have another building in sight. Nearby Harrogate, with its famous Royal Pump Room and Betty’s tea rooms, is just 10 minutes away by car. The cities of Leeds and York are both around 30 minutes’ drive from the site, while Nidderdale and Wharfedale, known for their walks and pretty villages, are around 45 minutes away.
The Grade l-Listed Georgian hall (now exclusively used for weddings and conferences) has been extended to meet the requirements of guests and visitors, with two wings in creamy limestone and pleasing Georgian symmetries. The spa wing features more glass in its design, alongside a quaint rooftop garden. The interior design throughout Rudding Park is surprisingly light and colourful.
