Ecclesall Rd S, Sheffield S11 9QD

Whirlow Brook hall is a wedding venue and conference centre in the West of Sheffield, situated in Whirlow between RInginglow and Fulwood. It is an early 20th century stone country house, built by Percy Fawcett, a local steel magnate, who wished to be closer to his brother on a nearby estate.

Its popularity as a venue for all sorts of occasions is easily explained – sitting with the gorgeous Whirlow Brook park, a 39-acre splendour of rolling grasslands and woods, it is on the edge of the Peak District National Park, and yet close enough to Sheffield to be easily accessible. Both the house and the grounds offer beautiful spots for photography, as well as a guest experience unrivalled by anything else in the area.

Whilst weddings are the main stock in trade of Whirlow Brook Hall, the same combination of elegance and attention to detail makes it a popular choice for all sorts of occasions. For conferences, the state of the art facilities, sumptuous catering and the number of available conference suites and break out rooms means they can easily accommodate large numbers of delegates, forty being enough to secure exclusive use of the hall, and the parklands surrounding the venue offer excellent opportunities for team-building exercises.

While not generally opening as a restaurant, Whirlow Brook Hall does offer tables for special occasions such as Christmas and New Year, with set menus and catering to vegetarians and vegans, with accommodation of various food intolerances with some notice.

In addition to various personal parties, such as graduation proms, baby showers, stag and hen etc. The hall is available to hire for events such as wedding fayres, where the range of spaces and rooms allows for a varied and interesting display and experience for the visitor. The hall offers complementary WiFi throughout and there is an abundance of free parking.
