Wildwood Park is a beautiful canal-side location with a collection of outdoor facilities within the grounds. The park is Located on Wildwood Drive (ST17 4PY), at the southern end of Stafford, Wildwood Park has plenty to offer the local community.
The scenic views the location offers, makes it an idyllic spot to escape from busy life. Many local residents often take the time to sit and relax and enjoy the views or take a nice walk into the open countryside through a woodland area.
Wildwood Park is not only great fun for people but is a home for a range of British wildlife, including animals, insects and birds. Many people also enjoy walking their dogs in the park, appreciating the vast greenery within the surrounding. It offers plenty of space for dogs to have a good run/play on the stretches of grass.
With the Park Open all day, every day locals can freely enjoy this outdoor public space. A Park Facilities Officer is onsite 2-6pm from April until the end of October, the kiosk and toilets will open at this time, enabling the public to use these facilities. During the cooler months, November to April the toilets and kiosk will be closed.
To keep up to date with local happenings at Wildwood Park there is a Facebook page for the site that locals can follow. With the wide range of facilities the park offers as well as local events taking place on the grounds (usually during the warmer months of the year) it is useful to keep updated.
