Bromyard Road The Talbot at Knightwick, Knightwick WR6 5PH
Knightwick is home to Teme Valley Market, one of the original farmers markets created, opening in October 1998. The Market originally started with around 4 stalls in total! The market has come a long way since then, and has grown hugely over the decades, now home to around 30 stalls.
The award-winning market is on every second Sunday of each month and is open come rain or shine! The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, so all the family are welcome to come and explore what the market has to offer.
As you can imagine, Teme Valley Market has a great emphasis on local produce and supporting local business, so all the items you will find for sale here are lovingly created and sold by locals. In fact, this is the founding principal of the market, which is why it is created, set up and run solely by its stall holders.
The community work together to ensure that there is plenty of delicious produce for sale at the market, including lots of food, drink, crafts and gifts!
You will find a selection of fresh juices, cider and beer, handmade delicacies such as fudge and chocolates, cakes, cheese, fruit, honey, meat, fish, preserves, vegetables, potatoes and lots more.
There are, of course, lots of variation in produce between the seasons depending on what is available at that time of year, making the experience authentic and reinforces the locally sourced integrity of the market.
Teme Valley Market offers far more than just food! You will find live music and a range of craft and gift stalls, selling things like hand-forged iron work, knitted items, jewellery, soaps, and lots, lots more!
There are lots of pubs around the area so be sure to pop in after your trip to the market for an authentic Worcestershire experience!
