Highbury Hall, recently granted Grade II listed status, is a manor house located just outside Birmingham city centre. It is a popular location for weddings and private functions.
Located three miles south of Birmingham’s city centre, just off the A441, Highbury Hall boasts a beautiful countryside setting. The manor house was built in 1878 as a family home by Birmingham’s parliamentarian Rt. Hon. Joseph Chamberlain MP.
Highbury Hall sits on the north side of Highbury Park. The Park was once part of the grounds of Highbury Hall, but was gifted to the people of Birmingham upon Chamberlain’s death in 1914.
In 2018, the Chamberlain Highbury Trust took over the site from Birmingham City Council. After an £8 million fundraising campaign, plans are in progress to restore and improve the hall and its grounds.
