1. The promoter is Shuttercraft Ltd (company no. 09848609 registered office is at Linden, West Shepton, Shepton Mallet, Somerset, United Kingdom, BA4 5UW), an independent Shuttercraft franchisee.
   
   
2. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Shuttercraft/S:CRAFT and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

• The promotional period is ongoing until officially closed by the franchise partner. After this date, no further promotional benefits can be applied.

• By purchasing during the promotional period, the customer indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The promotion is for up to 30% off shutter sales on new shutter quotes for orders over 4sqm.

• Independent franchisees reserve the right to their own T&Cs of discount application on products meeting the 4x4msq and up to 30% threshold. A conversation with your franchisee supplier will clarify this.

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of god or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
