About Holme Green
Based around Meadows Farm and other surrounding farmland, the hamlet of Holme Green, like its twin Gardeners Green, is part of the civil parish of Wokingham Without, and is roughly half way between Wokingham and Crowthorne in the heart of rural Berkshire.
Holme Green provides the scenic setting for Holme Grange School, an independent co-educational day school for children between the ages of 3 and 16. The school’s 21 acres contain a number of facilities, such as football pitch, swimming pool and cricket ground, all based around beautiful brick buildings and custom built nursery.
The White Horse traditional countryside pub is technically listed as being in Wokingham but is much nearer to Holme Green on the Easthampstead Road.
