Not only are they a stylish solution, totally in keeping with any period, but premium window shutters also give complete control over light, privacy and insulation.
Older homes in the Potters Bar area require furnishings with character. More contemporary properties benefit from a chic window treatment, so the versatility of shutters comes to the fore for a range of design choices.
Whether you choose tier-on-tier, café style or full height, shutters give character and style, a look that works in larger expanses such as conservatories and bay windows. Mirroring the existing contours of the home, rather than hiding them, shutters increase both kerb appeal and interior design while providing additional benefits too.

About Potters Bar
Located just off junction 23 of the M25 London Orbital, the Hertfordshire town of Potters Bar has been settled for hundreds of years, with the name thought to reflect the large quantity of Roman pottery found in the area or the Pottere family from the neighbouring South Mimms parish.
Facilities for residents and locals include the Wyllyotts Theatre and Cinema, just around the corner from the town’s railway station. With a capacity of over 400, the Wyllyotts is a thriving, locally run venue that hosts a wide variety of shows, films and comedians.
The main town centre is based around Darkes Lane, leading out from the station to various popular shops, including Boots, Dreams bedrooms, Greggs, Costa and The Admiral Byng, the local branch of Wetherspoon.
Just outside of Potters Bar is the Wrotham Park estate. The beautiful neo-Palladian manor house and its surrounding parkland have stayed in the Byng family since it was built in the 1750s. As one of the grandest country houses within easy reach of Pinewood and Elstree studios, Wrotham Park has been featured as a location in many films and television programmes, such as Poirot, The Crown, Gosford Park and Bridgerton.
We always put you first, from your first contact to the completed installation. Please get in touch at your convenience to arrange a free, no-obligation home visit and survey, whether you are in Potters Bar itself or throughout the local area.
